Make a payment
Payment of your fee notice must be made within 28 days after the date of the fee notice or by the due date whichever is the later.
The following methods can be used to make payment of your levies:
Bpay
Contact your bank or credit union to make payment from your cheque or savings account using Bpay Biller Code: 96503. Please refer to your levy notice for your Bpay reference number.
Internet
Pay by phone from your credit card or pre-registered bank account. Call 1300 301 090. Payments by phone or internet from your cheque or savings account require registration. Please complete a customer initiated direct debit registration from www.deft.com.au or call 1800 672 162. A surcharge may apply to credit card transactions.
Mail payment slip at the bottom of your fee notice with your cheque made out to your respective Owners Corporation Plan Number.

In Person
In person using your payment slip, pay by cash, cheque or EFTPOS at any Post Office in Australia. Payments made at Australia Post will incur a $2.75 DEFT processing fee.
